Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with the aerial arts, giving you a unique yoga experience! Using a hammock suspended from the ceiling, you will move through various exercises, moves, poses, and have fun while doing it! With modifications available, you can work at your own pace and skill level, to build your skills!

The use of the hammock reduces stress on the joints when compared to traditional exercise or yoga routines. Aerial yoga will help you to stretch out and decompress, all while helping you improve your strength, flexibility and mobility!

All skills and fitness levels are welcomed! No experience is necessary!
