What if we told you that you could do a high-intensity workout, sweat your butt off and be smiling the whole way through? Well, with bungee fitness, you will do just that!

Bungee fitness is a high-energy, cardio-based class that will have you working, sweating and most importantly, smiling the whole time!

Using a bungee cable system, you will be harnessed in and suspended from the ceiling and work through various moves and exercises to get your heart pumping! The suspension of the bungee system will benefit you by reducing impact on your muscles, bones and joints, while assisting you through the movements.

This class will tone muscles, build strength and have you feeling great! Perfect for any and all skill levels, fitness levels, body shapes or sizes!


Introduction to Bungee Fitness

If you are wanting to try bungee, this is the place to start! This class is meant for people of all skill levels, from beginner to intermediate!

Our Intro to Bungee class is an introductory class that will teach you all the basics and get you familiar with the bungee suspension system. Here, you will work on building stamina, strength and mobility, but you will also have a blast doing it!

All skill and fitness levels are welcomed with no experience necessary!


Intermediate Bungee

Intermediate bungee is for those with experience in bungee fitness who are looking to challenge themselves further!

Compared to our Introductory Bungee class, this class increases in difficulty and skill levels, allowing you to work on more advanced exercise moves. If you are thinking that Intermediate Bungee may be for you, please speak to an instructor to assess your readiness for advancement prior to class registration.

Please note: All Bungee class advancements are based on instructors discretion, to ensure your safety and success in each class! Each student must be able to demonstrate competence in specific moves before advancing to the next level.
