Pole Sisters is an inclusive and supportive studio, welcoming people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels! We offer classes to meet your needs, including those just beginning their fitness journey, or those looking for something new to add to their routine!

We offer pole classes from introductory to advanced, as well as conditioning classes to help you improve your skills and control on the pole!
Introduction to Pole
If you are considering trying pole for yourself, this is the place to start!
Our Intro to Pole Class if an introductory class that will walk you through all of the basics! Learn at your own pace and gain a strong foundation of the basic skills of pole, all while working to build your strength as well! You will gain increased strength, balance and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment.
All skill and fitness levels are welcomed with no experience necessary!
Pole: Levels 1 - 3
Have you taken our 4-week Introduction to Pole and developed skills in the basic spins, sits and stands? Are you ready to learn new things and further grow your skills and confidence on the pole? If the answer if yes, then Level 1 Pole may be for you!
Please note: All Pole class advancements are based on instructors discretion, to ensure your safety and success in each class! Each student must be able to demonstrate competence in specific moves before advancing to the next level.
If you think you are ready to advance to Level 1 Pole, please speak with your instructor to assess your readiness for advancement.
Intermediate and Advanced Pole
Have you completed levels 1-3 of pole, and are looking to advance even more?
We offer Intermediate Pole classes, as well as Advanced Pole classes. These classes build off skills you have learned through levels 1-3 to help you work towards advanced pole moves.
Please note: as with Levels 1-3, class advancements are based on instructors discretion to ensure your safety and success in the classes. You MUST be able to demonstrate competent skills in various pole moves before advancement to Intermediate or Advanced would be considered.
If you are interested in enrolling in Intermediate or Advanced Pole classes, please speak to your instructor to assess your readiness for advancement.
Pole Conditioning Classes
Our pole conditioning class is for anyone who is looking to work up a sweat and get fit! This class is for all skill levels from beginner to advanced!
This is a conditioning class that will take you through various types of cardio and strengthening exercises and will help to improve your strength, stamina, and flexibility! An added bonus to this class is there will also be some intense glute-focused exercises to help build that booty!
The idea of this class is to help you work towards enhancing your mobility and control on the pole. Whether you are beginner or advanced on the pole, this class will get you on your way to leveling up those moves you have been working on!
