Our pole fitness programs have been designed so that any person can begin their path of fitness or take their current fitness experience to the next level! With optional modifications for every move, we have accommodated for students ages 8 to 80!
Each class is designed to teach new skills and increases your ability and confidence on the pole! Our other non-pole classes are designed to increase your strength and flexibility which also helps to improve overall pole skills and abilities.
You do NOT need to be athletic or have any background i=or experience in fitness to try pole! We welcome all shapes, sizes, ages and skills levels to our studio!\
Here are just a few of the many reasons why we thing you should consider adding Pole to your fitness routine!
It burns calories, and
ALOT of them.
With pole fitness, you are almost constantly moving! Each class starts with a heart-pumping warm up to get your body ready to work! The class then progresses into dancing, spins and so much more! The class will finish with stretching out those hard working muscles and cooling down. For the entire duration, you are moving, working on your body and burning calories in the process!
Be sure to bring lots of water and a healthy snack for after your class!
You will become more flexible!
Flexibility is important to pole fitness. Many of the more advanced moves require a great deal of flexibility, which you will work on in the beginning stages of your pole fitness adventure! If you’ve ever dreamed of being able to do the splits, this is the perfect fitness program for you! Don’t forget about how important joint mobility and flexibility is in every day life. With increased flexibility comes fewer problems like sprains and strains!
Self-Confidence will be yours!
Pole fitness is an incredible, multi-faceted workout that will work and strengthen your entire body! Once you get the basics down and start getting stronger, you will quickly begin to develop some amazing pole skills and a body that you will fall in love with! Being confident isn’t just about a state of mind — you will actually start to walk taller and improve your posture! Your skills on the pole will translate into real life and you will notice a new found confidence in yourself and your abilities!
Stress Relief
When you are stressed, Cortisol starts building up in your body, making you anxious, irritable and depressed. An intense pole dancing session will help you blow out all that cortisol and cause your body to start producing serotonin, the hormone associated with feelings of euphoria. You will be calmer, happier, and less stressed after a good workout!
Anyone can do it!
Seriously, anyone! Any body shape or size can do pole fitness! We have accommodated clients aged 8 to 80! There is an adaptation for every move to make it easier, or more challenging, depending where you are in your pole fitness journey! Everyone progressed a different rates, while going at their own pace and skill level! You can take each class as many times as you need until you feel that you are ready to move on to the next level! You do NOT have to have ANY previous fitness knowledge, skills or even be in “good shape” to get started! You will find people from all walks of life in your classes at Pole Sisters Fitness!

You know how it feels to watch a clock at a gym or when you dread dragging yourself down to another boring session with the treadmill? Well you can kiss those feelings goodbye because you will never dread coming to Pole Sisters!
Pole fitness is so much fun! While your busy learning exciting new tricks and spins, you barely realize how hard you’re working at the time! There is certainly never a boring moment and the excitement and euphoria you feel from achieving each new move also gives you that motivation to keep going! Class instructors and other members are SO supportive and will cheer you on, every step of the way as you learn to master each new skill on the pole.
There is a real sense of friendship and encouragement within the community at Pole Sisters Fitness! You will be surrounded by positive energy and support the whole way! We offer a safe and comfortable environment to achieve your goals with instructors who will guide you through every move. You’ll never have to worry about being judged in a pole fitness class as women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels are welcomed with open arms.
