I have gone to the gym, ran, boxing, kick boxing, cycling, swimming and nothing even comes close to pole. Its fun and you don't have to convince yourself to go everytime, infact you can't wait till the next class. I am 100% sure that is because of the amazing instructors and the supportive ladies that attend class, I don't ever feel self conscious! At first I thought I was just a big lump who would never get up that pole. After just 4 classes I feel SO strong and I can climb all the way up to the ceiling! I'm blown away by how fast my body is responding to this new work out!! And it's incredible fun with an amazing group of women to go dance/play and sweat with!! LOVE IT!!
